Won’t Mrs. Daniel and Mr. Erskine be here anymore?

    • Hi Mandeep! Mr. Erskine will be on staff, but in an out of classroom position as a Parent Coordinator. He’s excited to be doing that job. Mrs. Daniel has unfortunately taken a position as a librarian at Sinatra HS.

  2. ms davis says:

do i need to register my child to take the regents in august or do she just go there.

    • Hi Ms Davis, Please email me her details (which exams) and I will get her registered. She can just show up but obviously administratively it’s easier if we can predict the number of tests, calculators, etc. needed.

  7. student says:

    are we getting laptops

    • It’s still in the works. We’re having issues with what to do with them when students are in gym class, in the cafeteria and how to collect them. For now, teachers are using laptops in their classes as much as they want.

  8. Wondering says:

This seems to be the location of a new high school but I hear 6th grade menioned. Which is it?

  9. TANZIL says:

Are we are getting laptop this year ???????
    Are we getting locker ????

    • Hi Tanzil,
You will have laptops to use in class. Our School Leadership Team, which includes parents and students, voted not to allow computers to go home due to concerns of safety and damage to the machines. We will have a homework help time after school for those who need additional laptop access.
You will have two lockers– one for gym and one in the classroom.

Do you have a special education teacher.I think some students need special services

    • We do have numerous special education and ESL teachers. We fully service nearly all student needs, including those who need counseling, speech, hearing, mobility, vision, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. We do not currently have adaptive physical education, but have found success for students with special needs in our numerous PE offerings (dance, PE, weight training, swimming, etc.)
