Notes home on Wednesday, 9/9

Dear Parents & Guardians,

The following notices went home with your child on Wednesday. We know that many papers will go home and not make it to your hands, so we will post as many notes as possible on this blog.

To all students: September newsletter

To only HS students: condom opt out Please note that middle school students are not eligible for condom distribution. Parents who are concerned and wish that their child may receive condoms should email Mrs. Dubei at queenscollegiate@gmail.com

School lunch forms were sent home. Please note that the red form must be filled out in black or blue ink, and may not be copied or faxed. If you would like to apply for school lunch online, go to this link. It will be 1 application for all of your children, regardless of the number of different schools they attend.

We will be sending home blue cards and other forms on Monday.  They will be scanned and uploaded here so you can print them at home, as needed.

Each of your children were signed up on SnapGrades.  You can log into SnapGrades by going here, and then typing in “Queens Collegiate: A College Board School” in the school line and your child’s name or their OSIS number.  Please go in to update your name and email address, so you can receive updates about your child’s academic progress.

Parent Orientation is Tuesday, 9/14 at 5:30PM and the PTA meeting is at 6:30PM.

We look forward to seeing you then.
